Where do we deliver?

Blairmains farm shop can deliver to any address in the U.K and the Republic of Ireland. For orders outside the U.K. please contact our customer service team at info@blairmains.com

How much is delivery? 

For delivery to mainland U.K addresses, postage costs £11.50 per hamper. For delivery to the Scottish Highlands and Islands postage costs are £17.50, Northern Ireland deliveries are £21.00 and the Republic of Ireland postage costs are £32.50 per hamper.

When will I receive my order?

Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery. Please note this does not include weekends, bank holidays or national holidays. Deliveries will be made between the hours of 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday. All items will require a signature, and should there be nobody to receive the order, Fedex Uk will either return the following day, leave the package with a neighbour or deliver the package to the local post office for customer collection.

Damages

We endeavour to ensure that our products reach you in first class condition, however, should items arrive damaged/unsatisfactory, please notify us within 5 days and we will replace the damaged items promptly.

Tracking your order

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming your purchase and also a FedEx UK tracking number. This can be used to track the progress of your delivery at any stage, by going to www.fedexuk.net/accounts/Track.aspx
